  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/3 Avocado

  • 1 cup Greens

  • 1/3 cup Avocado

  • 2 Tbsp Tamari Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Sprouts

  1. boil 2 eggs ( with the soft center) or (I like it poached)

  2. Heat up barley lentil mix

  3. Layer on the serving plate:
    barley lentil mix, sour Kraut, greens, eggs, avocado, sprouts, drizzle tamari sauce
