Buckwheat with Poached Eggs and Sour Kraut

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Buckwheat

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 2 Poached eggs

  • 4 Tbsp  raw sour kraut

  • 2 Tbsp Tamari sauce

  • 1 tsp Sesame seed oil

  • Microgreens or any greens

  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro

 

  1. Cook buckwheat – 1 part of buckwheat with 2 parts of water (1 cup of buckwheat with 2 cups of water = 4 servings) Boil the water, add buckwheat, simmer till water evaporates and a pinch of salt to the water)

  2. Poach 2 eggs. In the egg cooker ( I personally use- super easy and quick) or in the boiling water.

  3. Dice avocado, greens, and cilantro

  4. In the bowl or a Mason Jar layer

    buck wheat, sour kraut, greens, eggs, cilantro, tamari + sesame seed oil

Vola….!!! The perfectly balanced meal is ready.
