1/4 cup Buckwheat
2 Poached eggs
4 Tbsp raw sour kraut
2 Tbsp Tamari sauce
1 tsp Sesame seed oil
Microgreens or any greens
2 Tbsp Cilantro
Cook buckwheat – 1 part of buckwheat with 2 parts of water (1 cup of buckwheat with 2 cups of water = 4 servings) Boil the water, add buckwheat, simmer till water evaporates and a pinch of salt to the water)
Poach 2 eggs. In the egg cooker ( I personally use- super easy and quick) or in the boiling water.
Dice avocado, greens, and cilantro
In the bowl or a Mason Jar layer
buck wheat, sour kraut, greens, eggs, cilantro, tamari + sesame seed oil
Vola….!!! The perfectly balanced meal is ready.
