1,5 cup Brussels Sprouts
Red Chilly Pepper Flakes
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbl sp Coconut Oil
Marinate the Shrimp in 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 lime juice. Set aside
Dice brussels sprouts
Heat the skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and saute 1 diced garlic clove until golden color and fragrant
Add Brussels sprouts. Lower the heat to low. Cover with the lid. Steer occasionally. Simmer for 5 min.
Heat another skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Add garlic and shrimp. Add Paprika to taste. Saute 2-3 min.
Place Brussels sprouts on the serving plate
Place the shrimp on top.
Squiz 1/2 of lime
