The Barley Bowl
Cooking and Preparation Time:
10 minutes, top!
10 Minute Organic Barley
Cooked or softened Red Beet
Raw Pumpkin Seeds or Walnuts
Everything Bagel Seasoning (Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds)
Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
Cook Barley in boiling water for 8 minutes
Chop Red Cabbage
Cube Red Beet (can cook in boiling water for 15 minutes to soften)
When Barley is cooked, drain & place in a bowl.
Place all of your vegetables on top of the barley.
Garnish with seasoning and seeds or walnuts.
Drizzle with Avocado Oil or Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze.
