  • 2 cups Spinach

  • 1/2 Grapefruit

  • a hand full of berries- Rasberry, Blueberry

  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds

  • 2 Tbl sp Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Orange

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • pinch Salt

  • pinch Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Avocado

  1. Pill grapefruit and extract the hearts
  2. Cut avocado into cubes
  3. Roast almonds in the skillet until fragrant and a little dark
  4. DRESSING: blend~squizzed fresh orange juice ~sqiuizzed lemon juice ~olive oil ~salt ~pepper
  5. Lay spinach on the serving plate, add avocado, berries, grapefruit hearts, pour dressing on top, add almonds.
