I’m feeling so, so glued to my phone these days. It sort of feels like, to me, that a piece of me stuck in every single app I have. I enjoy communicating with my friends and the outside world, watching videos, reading articles, etc. but I think it’s starting to take a little bit of a toll on my sanity.
I never truly feel completely “logged out,” you know? Even when my phone is off my brain is still there. Does anyone else feel this way? I’ve tried using screen time, but do you have any other tips to help me out? I really need to clear my head and feel untethered (in a good way).
