Ingredients

  • 5 scallops

  • 1 pack Tofu Noodles

  • 1/3 cup Mustard Greens

  • Parsley garnish

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • Garlic Salt

  1. Preheat the skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Place scallops in the skillet. Add a pinch of garlic salt. Saute the scallops 3 min on each side until golden color.  Squiz lemon juice on top once scallops are done

  2. Heat up tofu noodles for 1 min on the skillet with 1 Tbsp of coconut oil

  3. Layer tofu noodles, greens, scallops, parsley garnish on the serving plate
